I have been away for a while. I have been suffering off and on with right sided sciatica, and it is so painful. It has been about 7 weeks and being unable to take off on hikes with my camera and enjoy SPRING has been depressing. I have never had sciatica before and hope this will go away and never, ever come back. It has also caused me to lose income, which hurts me financially.
I have missed some of the gardens shows and a chance to photograph them. I have missed going to my women writers group, going out much with friends, and so much. At work they plan to get me a special chair for my condition so I can return to work.
So this is why I have not been posting and sharing photographs.
Hopefully I will be able to soon.
My physical therapist tells me not to rush anything and to take it easy so I will not re-aggravate it as too much could lead to surgery. Don't want that.
Keep me in your prayers!
I have only suffered from sciatica a few times and usually for only a few days at a time, but oh my do I know how much pain it can be. I'm sorry that you are struggling with it. I do hope you get some relief soon! Many blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI too have had a few, short bouts of sciatica and can't imagine what it would be like to suffer with it days without end. I am praying that you will heal and be able to resume your normal activities. It was good to see you the other evening and hope that a new chair at work will allow you to come to chrysalis meetings. Praying for your good health. Alice
ReplyDeleteTake it easy.I trust that this will end soon and you are back to doing what you enjoy.
