While I was in S. California earlier this month for family reasons, my cousins wife, Carole, took me to lunch at a unique place in Riverside, CA. Last time I was in Riverside was back in 1992, so it had grown a lot! This restaurant has a large lot, 1 acre, and has lots of unusual art all over it and outdoor seating to enjoy the unique setting. I took photos to show as no amount of words can describe it!
Most of it has been created from trash and discarded items. Here is the history and photos.
It was fun to eat there and they had great chicken tacos!
What a fascinating place! The Day of the Dead theme is timely!
