Our “Carousel” Recipe

Want the recipe for a delightful show? Take one part famous Rodgers and Hammerstein musical. Add award winning actors. Stir with one accomplished choreographer and bake with a seasoned artistic director. Simmer until hot.

Directed by David Smith-English, Carousel stars Portland Area Musical Theatre Award (PAMTA) winners Michael Mitchell as Billy Bigelow and Dru Rutledge as Julie Jordan. Exploring themes of love and redemption, this second show of the season is choreographed by Wes Hanson, PAMTA-winner for last year’s Clackamas Rep musical Kiss Me Kate.

Show opens August 2 and runs through August 24
