Randy has had a couple visitors to his home, more precise, his bay window. Two little birds the size of hummingbirds have been entranced by the window and come and sit on it and tap on it. It has been going on for days! Not sure exactly why but they do not seem afraid of us at all as we peer at them.
One bird has all black eyes and one has yellow with center black. But we think they are the same species and maybe related.
I took some of the pics and did some customization with effects. Here are my artistic views.
Great pictures! Cool special effects!

Rose, you are so creative.
ReplyDeleteI, too, am enjoying the birds at my house. Those wee ones look like chickadees. I have chestnut chickadees, two kinds of woodpeckers, flickers, towhees, scrub jays, blue jays, a chipmunk, two squirrels (i know those last ones aren't birds...he he) I also have two hummingbirds come...iridescent green with ruby throat and one that has a ruby head! They bring delight to my day. The robins cone but like to forage mot eat my seeds or suet. Keep photographing. Great pics.

ReplyDeleteHi Rose
ReplyDeleteI love birds and your pics are beautiful!
such a cute little bird! and I like your artistic effects. Have a great week and thank you for visiting my blog last week.
ReplyDeleteThose tiny birds are quite unusual and they almost look fake with their feathers so stiff looking.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful that you are able to enjoy these lovely birds close up.
We have 4 birds that arrived a few weeks ago that I have NEVER seen in this area and I've lived here in this particular area since I was 15, that's 35 years ago.
They are beautiful with pure white and a touch of grey feathers, and fluffy like a snow ball. They are gorgeous and quite friendly. I'm trying to get some snap shots of them, but never have my camera with me when I'm out walking and see them.
Thank you for sharing your beauty with us ♡
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all your little birds, Rose. So pretty and I love that you made them even cuter.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment on my blog- it wouldn't let me to reply to it-I had to change my settings again. crazy....have a great day- xo Diana
